According to the Board resolution dated May 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (stock code: KBC) unanimously approved the following issues:

1)      To cancel the shareholder list for the 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of March 03, 2020;

2)      The estimated meeting date: in June 2020

3)      Record date: May 27, 2020

4)      The estimated meeting venue: the office of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation, Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh.
