On May 11, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.809/TB-SGDHCM about the cancellation of record date (March 03, 2020) for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation due to the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Ninh Province allowed to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.
