KBC: Board resolution on transactions with a related party

On May 08, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved to borrow from Saigon- Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation as follows:

-       Maximum loan value: 400 billion dongs

-       Purpose: to supplement the working capital

-       Collateral: Unsecured loan

-       Loan term: 03 years.
