On May 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hung Vuong Corporation approved the capital contribution to establish Viet Dan Livestock Feed & Breeding Pigs Production Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Company: Viet Dan Livestock Feed & Breeding Pigs Production Co., Ltd. (a two-member limited company)

-          Address: Lot P, Nhut Chanh Industrial Park, Nhut Chanh commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province, Viet Nam

-          Charter capital: VND556,000,000,000

-          Capital contribution ratio: THADI contributes 75%. Hung Vuong Corporation contributes 25%.
