HDBS: Change of personnel

HDB Securities Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

-       Mrs. Nguyen Doan Duy Ai was appointed as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from April 28, 2020.

-       Mr. Pham Khac Dung was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from April 28, 2020.

-       Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tich was appointed as a member of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 cum Deputy CEO as from April 28, 2020.
