GEX: Cancelling the record date & holding AGM 2020

    The Board resolution dated May 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (April 13, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.

2)      Approving to adjust the holding of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: June 01, 2020

-          Meeting time: June 18, 2020

-          Meeting venue: Floor 1^st, Melia Hotel, 44 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

-          Content:

• Report on the BOD activities in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Audited financial statements in 2019;
• Plan for 2019 profit distribution;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the transaction with related companies;
• Other issues.
