          - Exercise rate: 50% (shareholders will receive VND 5,000 for every share they own) 
          - Exercise date: 29/06/2020
          - Place of payment: 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: FPT Online Joint Stock Company on working days from 29/06/2020 . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share: 
          - Exercise rate: 25% (Shareholders receive 05 new shares for every 20 shares they own) 
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be cancelled. 
          - Exercise place: 
               + For undeposited shares: FPT Online Joint Stock Company on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
