EVS: Change of personnel

The 2020 AGM of Everest Securities Joint Stock Company approved to change personnel as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Luu Duc Quang, Mr. Bui Cong Thien and Mrs. Bui Viet Anh as members of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Mrs. Dang Diep Anh as Head of the Supervisory Board.

-          Mrs. Phung To Hoa and Mr. Le Bao Thang were appointed as members of the BODs.

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board.
