On April 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (stock code: ELC) approved the change of personnel as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Chien Thang as CEO of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation, effective from May 01, 2020.

-       Appointing Mr. Pham Minh Thang as CEO of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation for the term from 2020 to 2023 effective from May 01, 2020.
