DXV: Cancelling the record date & holding AGM 2020

The Board resolution dated May 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (March 18, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

2)      Approving to plan the holding of 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: June 12, 2020

-          Expected meting time: June 29, 2020

-          Meeting venue: Floor 15^th, DITP Building, lot A2-19, Nguyen Tat Thanh, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien CHieu District, Da Nang.
