According to Board Resolution No.04 dated May 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dai Thien Loc Corporation (HOSE: DTL) decided to suspend the business operation at the following branches due to inefficient operation:

1)      Branch of Dai Thien Loc Corporation in Long My

2)      Branch of Dai Thien Loc Corporation in Vi Thanh.

Suspension time: from June 04, 2020 to December 31, 2020
