DRH Holdings JSC announces the Board resolution dated May 13, 2020 to approve the share buyback of the employees participating ESOP who resigned details are as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to purchase as treasury shares: 11,000 shares

-          Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

-          Purchase price: as the issue price

-          Expected trading period: Q3.2020.
