CKV: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 01/TB-CKV-PCTH dated 22th May 2020 of COKYVINA JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 08^th May 2020
Reason for cancellation: to give the company more time to prepare more carefully for the organization of the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2020
