BHN: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020

    Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation announces the Board resolution dated May 12, 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (April 06, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020.

2)      Approving the new record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on June 01, 2020.

3)      The meeting date will be expected to hold on June 22, 2020.
