ANT: ​Cancellation of record list for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 42/RQTPAG dated 19/05/2020 of An Giang Fruit - Vegetables & Foodstuff JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13/04/2020
Reason for cancellation: Due to the Government’s Directive 16/CT-TTg dated 31/03/2020, the Company could not hold AGM 2020 on 28/04/2020 as expected.
