- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VPC
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares under temporary trading restriction: 5,625,000 shares
- Total value under temporary trading restriction (by par): VND 26,250,000,000
- Trading restriction: VPC share can only be traded on every Friday
- Effective date: 10/04/2020
- Reason: Owner’s equity in audited FS 2019 was negative.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when VPC share is allowed to be traded normally after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
