TNA: Decision on tax penalties

Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated March 30, 2019 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND 10,406,465

-       Value added tax arrears: VND 2,180,000

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND 49,852,323

-       Late payment of Value added tax: VND 498,348

-       Late payment of Corporate income tax: VND 5,354,140.
