TCL: TCL allowed to postpone the 2020 annual general meeting

Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCL) has received Official Document No.2258/DKKD-THKT dated April 09, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City approving the extension of deadline for holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 but not more than six months from the end of the fiscal year. The Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
