STB: BOD resolution dated April 07, 2020

The Board resolution dated April 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approving to collect shareholders’ opinion writing via the plan for organizing the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the online form.
2. Approving the implementation to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing with the following details:

-       Record date: April 27, 2020

-       Deadline for shareholders to return the ballot to the company: May 25, 2020

-       Time for vote counting: May 26, 2020

-       Time of implementation: May 27, 2020.

3. Approving the plan for organizing the Annual General Meeting 2020 in the online form:

-       Record date: April 27, 2020

-       Meeting time: 8:00, June 05, 2020

-       Meeting venue: 266 – 268 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, ward 8, district 3, Hochiminh.
