SPP: Request of explanation for reason and solution to the delisting status

On 30/3/2020, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2019 audited financial statements of SAI GON Plastic Packaging JSC (Stock code: SPP). After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that the total amount of accumulated losses exceeds the actual charter capital as of 31/12/2019 in the financial statement of 2019. Thus, the stock of SPP belongs to the delisting case regulated at point d clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange on 08 April 2020 at the latest.
