SP2: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM

As of 06/04/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to SP2 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Supan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SP2
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The company had negative owner equity in financial report for fiscal year 2015
+ The auditor gave an opposite comment on financial report for fiscal year 2018 of the company
- Changed reason for trading restriction : the company had negative owner equity on audited consolidated financial statements for 2019.  According to Point B, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of SP2 after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
