-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Duc Phu as the legal representative.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hien as CEO.

-       Mr. Pham Bao Long was appointed as CEO cum the legal representative as from April 24, 2020.
