SD5: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 157/2020/CBTT-SD5 dated 7th April 2020 of Song Da No. 5 JSC regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 7th April 2020
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread.
