SBA: BOD approved to delay the time to hold AGM 2020

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the BOD of Song Ba Joint Stock Company approved to delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 until June 2020. Details are as follows:
