PVX: Request of explanation for the stock delisting situation

On 16 April 2020, Hanoi Stock Exchange received 2019 audited financial statements of Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: PVX). After reviewing, Hanoi Stock Exchange found that: The auditor (Deloitte Vietnam Company Limited) declined to comment on the consolidated financial statements and separate financial statements of Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation in 2019. Such, PVX share was put in the delisting status case regulated at point h clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act and clause 1, article 17, Listing Regulation, Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 and Decision No. 958/ QD–SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 by the Chief Executive Officer of Hanoi Stock Exchange on adjustment and supplement for the Listing Regulation.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason and send the explanation to Hanoi Stock Exchange on 24/4/ 2020 at the latest.
