L12: Cancellation of list of shareholders for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020

Pursuant to the Documentary No. 123/ CV-LICOGI12  dated 13 Apr 2020 of  Licogi 12 Joint Stock Company on cancellation of list of shareholders for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 of the Company, the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announced as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 closed on the record date of 8 April 2020 under the Announcement No. 772/ TB - VSD dated 11 Mar 2020 of VSD.
Reason: to implement Directive of the Prime Minister related to prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic. 
BOD of the company decided to change tthe form of holding AGM 2020 by electronic voting through VSD's system.
