KSB: Board Resolution on extension of time for holding AGM

On April 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of approved the cancellation and time extension of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020:

- The BODs approved the cancellation of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 (April 24, 2020).

- The BODs authorized the Chairman of the Board to decide the time extension of holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020: latest before June 30, 2020
