KBC: Planning the Corporate bond issuance

The Board resolution dated April 14, 2020, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved the plan to issue the Corporate bond with the following information:

• Issuer: Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation
• Charter capital: VND 4,757,111,670,000
• Issue value (based on par value): VND 500 billion
• Issuing currency: VND
• Bond term: 24 months
• Par value: VND 100,000/bond
• Bond form: book entry
• Bond type: non-convertible bond, secured and without warrant
• Nominal interest: agreement between KBC and investors
• Bond interest payment method: Once every six months
• Organization place: Head office at KBC
• Number of issues: one or many phases
• Expected issue time: Q2.2020. The next bond issue (if any) will be carried out within 12 months from the issue date of the first bond issue.
• Plan of use of capital after the issue: total proceeds from the bond issue will be used to increase capital for the company’s activities and invest in the projects.
