JVC: JVC asks permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company sent documents to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the ending day of quarter;

-           For the semi-annual (reviewed) financial statements: within 60 days from the ending day of first six months of fiscal year;

-           For the annual (audited) financial statements: within 100 days from the ending day of fiscal year.
