IBSC: BOD approved to plan stock issuance to pay dividend

The Board resolution dated April 17, 2020, the BOD of IB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to plan stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 11,610,863 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): 116,108,630,000 dongs

-       Issuing ratio: 10:1 (10%) (Shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to have 01 new share). Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2019 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2. Approving the plan for increasing charter capital that approved by the BOD and the Annual General Meeting 2020 at the Resolution No.01/2020/IBSC/NQ-ĐHCĐ dated April 17, 2020.
