HTV: Change of representative of stake of VICEM

    Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (HTV) announces the Board resolution dated April 21, 2020 as follows:

1. The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Le Xuan Khoi as member cum Chairman of BOD and Representative of capital of VICEM in HTV.
2. The BOD approved Mr. Do Van Huan, member of BOD takes over the management of VICEM’s capital from Mr. Le Xuan Khoi, and performs the duties and powers of the Chairman of BOD while waiting for procedures to appoint the title of the Chairman of the Board of Directors according to regulations.
