HSG: Record date for stock dividend for FY 2018 - 2019 On March 31, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.510/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Hoa Sen Group as follows:
- Ex-right date: April 23, 2020
- Record date: April 24, 2020
- Reason & purpose: to pay stock dividend for the fiscal year 2018-2019.
- Exercise ratio: 100:5 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)
- Expected issue volume: 21.161.179 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 101 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101 *5/100 = 5.05 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 5 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.05 will be cancelled.
