HPH: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document No.65/CV-HPCO dated 14th April 2020 of Hung Phat Ha Bac Chemical Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 16th March 2020
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid in Vietnam and implement of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 by the Prime Minister, recommendations of Ministry of Health.
The company will announce the new record date for the 2020 annual general meeting within 30 days after receiving an announcement on the end of the epidemic but no later than 30th June 2020.
