HCD: Change of the 2nd dividend payment date of 2017

Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces Announcement No.624/TB-SGDHCM dated April 15, 2020 regarding the change of the second dividend payment date of 2017 by HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:

-       Listed firm: HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company

-       Stock code: HCD

-       Ex-right date: September 14, 2018

-       Record date: September 17, 2018

-       Purpose: to pay the second dividend installment for 2017

-       Payment ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs for a share)

Reason: The ongoing situation of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the economy in general and HCD in particular. The debt recovery is progressing slowly while the Company still needs capital to maintain business operations. Therefore, it takes more time for the Company to prepare financial resources for dividend payment.
