HCD: BOD approved to change the time to pay dividend

The Board resolution dated April 10, 2020, the BOD of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company approved to change the time of the second dividend payment for 2019 as follows:

-       Payment date: December 18, 2020 (instead of April 15, 2020)

-       Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
