DTL: Postponement of disclosure of financial statements Q1.2020

Dai Thien Loc Corporation (HOSE: DTL) has received an official document dated April 20, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of DTL in 2020 as follows:

-   For the quarterly  financial statements and reviewed  financial statements (if any): within 30 days from the ending day of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
