BCG: BOD approved to collect shareholders' opinion

    On March 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) approved the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

-       Record date: April 24, 2020.

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: from May 12, 2020 to May 26, 2020

-       Content:

• Report on the private placement of shares;
• Report on the transfer of bonds prior to maturity into shares;
• Report on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Report on the transaction contracts with related and unrelated parties with the value of each contract more than 35% of total assets of BCG in 2020;
• Report on the loan to issue bonds to mobilize capital with the contract value more than 35% of total assets of BCG in 2020;
• Report on the amendment and supplement of the company’ charter;
• Report on the amendment and supplement of Corporate Internal Governance Regulation;
• Other issues (if any).
