VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VNDS) announces the Board resolution dated February 25, 2020 as follows:
The Board of Directors approved to sign the consulting agreements between VNDIRECT Securities Corporation with: (i) Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI) and (ii) Bac Ha Energy Joint Stock Company according to the contents of the documents by VNDIRECT’s Executive Board.
