VDP: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2020 & dividend payment The Board resolution dated March 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint - Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. Approving to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
- Record date: March 31, 2020
- Meeting date: 8:00, April 18, 2020
- Meeting venue: 70 – 72 Nguyen Van Troi, ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh.
2. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2019:
- Exercise ratio: expected about 18%/par value (1,800 dongs/share)
- Payment date: expected in May 20, 2020.
