TCBS: BOD Resolution on business result in 2019 and business plan for 2020

Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated March 06, 2020 as follows:

1. Approving TCBS' counterparty risk limit for Masan Group Corporation in corporate bond investment with a limit of VND2,500 billion of par value for all bonds issued by Masan Group Corporation.
2. Approving TCBS' investment limit for BondMSN:

(i) The holding limit for BondMSN bonds at all times: VND2,500 billion of par value;

(ii) Short-term trading limit: VND2,000 billion of par value;

(iii) Regular trading limit: VND500 billion of par value;

(iv) Condition: each transaction will be less than 20% of total assets in the latest financial statements of the Company.
