SVT: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

According to the Board resolution dated March 13, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company adopted the following issues:

1. Cancellation of Announcement No.01/TB-HDQT dated March 05, 2020 regarding a record date for convening the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
2. Postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was expected to convene on April 29, 2020, due to Covid-19. The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be convened at the appropriate time and the Company will post information on its website as regulated.
