SDD: Information disclosure about the cancelling of the list of shareholders recorded on 03/02/2020
According to the Document No.10.03.4/ BOD-SDD on 10/03/2020 of Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (SDD) about the cancelling of list of shareholders for organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders 2020, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announced as follows: Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (SDD) cancelled the list of shareholders for organizing the annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 recorded on 03/02/2020 Reason: Implementation of the Ministry of Health's recommendations on limiting to gather at crowded people place in order to contribute to the prevention against the spread of diseases.
