On March 27, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for the 2020 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company:

1.Ex-right date:                   April 09, 2020

2. Record date:                     April 10, 2020

 The payment for the second phase of 2019 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 24, 2020

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as from April 24, 2020.
