PLP: Change of representative of stake in Hoang Gia Pha Le

The Board resolution dated March 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company (PLP) approved to appoint Mr. Mai Thanh Phuong as representative of stake of PLP in Hoang Gia Pha Le Joint Stock Company. He replaces Mr. Le Quang as from March 18, 2020.
