According to the Board resolution dated March 02, 2020, the Board of Directors of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved the establishment of a limited company for 7A Thuan Nam Wind Power Project as follows:

-       Name of company: Ha Do Thuan Nam Wind Power Co., Ltd.

-       Initial charter capital: estimated at VND10 billion

-       Address: Phuoc An 1 hamlet, Phuoc Vinh commune, Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province.

The Board of Directors assigned Ha Do Thuan Nam Wind Power Co., Ltd., 100% owned by Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company, to fulfill procedures to invest and develop 7A Thuan Nam Wind Power Project in Phuoc Minh commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province.
