The Board resolution dated February 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved to sign transaction agreements with related companies with the contract value of less than 35% total assets in the latest financial statements of the company, including:

8. Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Com Ltd.;
9. Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer & Chemicals Com Ltd.;
10. Mai Xa Trading Service JSC;
11. Trung Nam Im-Export Service Trading Investment JSC;
12. Ha Noi Soap JSC.
