AAM: Announcement of dividend payment & annual meeting

On February 07, 2020, HOSE issued Announcement No.112/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company (AAM) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: February 26, 2020            
2. Record date: February 27, 2020    
3. Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2019; to convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2019.

a. To pay the secondcash dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: March 09, 2020

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company.

b. To convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

-       Meeting time: March 22, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Office of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company, Lot 24, Tra Noc Industrial Zone, Tra Noc ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city.

-   Meeting contents: Report of the Board of Directors on business performance in 2019, business plan for 2020 and other documents by the Board of Directors.
