HVA: Explanation for the stock delisting situation
On 06/01/2020, Hanoi Stock Exchange received the audited financial statements 2018 of HVA Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: HVA), audited by Northern branch of Nam Viet Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services Co.,Ltd. By 30/12/2019. After the consideration, Hanoi Stock Exchange realized that the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on HVA’s 2018 Financial statements. Thus, the stock of HVA belongs to the delisting case regulated at point h clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act and Point 1 Article 16 Listing regulation dated 13/10/2016 by HNX. Hanoi Stock Exchange requires HVA to explain the reason. The explanation document and the information disclosure sent to Listing Department – Hanoi Stock Exchange, No. 02 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi by the end of 17/01/2020.
