HMC: BOD approves the transaction with related companies

The Board resolution dated January 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation approved to sign transaction agreements with related companies with the contract value of less than 20% total assets in the latest financial statements of the company, including:

7. Thong Nhat Flat Steel Joint Stock Company;
8. Tay Do Steel Com Ltd;
9. Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy Joint Stock Company;
10. Southern Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company;
11. Central Vietnam Metal Corporation;
12. Viet Trung Metallurgy and Mineral Com Ltd;
13. VinaKyoei Com Ltd;
14. Southern Steel Sheet Com Ltd;
15. Ha Noi Metal Joint Stock Company;
16. VNSTEEL Thang Long Coated Sheets Joint Stock Company;
