HID: Board resolution on borrowing

Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated January 22, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to borrow US$1,490,840 from Asia Energy and Utilities Holding (Singapore) Pte.Limited for financing the Company’s business operations. The loan term will be negotiated by the two parties but no more than one year.
